HR business partnership with departments;

• Support departmental structural changes;
• Support employees on all labor relations issues;
• Talent management: assess potential of teams, develop key talents;
• Participate in the development of motivation systems and staff evaluation;
• Participate in the planning and administration of the personnel budget;
• Participate in the process of reviewing salaries, positions and grades;
• Organize various corporate and motivational events.

For this role, we are looking for a candidate who:

Has 3 years or more experience working in an HRBP position in FMCG companies;

Good understanding of how all HR functions work in an organization;

• Knows basic HR tools;
• Gained experience building and managing headcount budgets; Experience building and managing direct personnel budgets will be an advantage.
• Has successfully conducted complex negotiations with employees;
• Knowledge of English - upper-intermediate;
• Experienced Excel and PowerPoint user;
• Able to persuade, argue a point of view, and partner with businesses;
• Able to multitask, self-starter, able to take responsibility.
