Job Description
HR business partnership with departments;
- Support departmental structural changes;
- Support employees on all labor relations issues;
- Talent management: assess potential of teams, develop key talents;
- Participate in the development of motivation systems and staff evaluation;
- Participate in the planning and administration of the personnel budget;
- Participate in the process of reviewing salaries, positions and grades;
- Organize various corporate and motivational events.
For this role, we are looking for a candidate who:
Has 3 years or more experience working in an HRBP position in FMCG companies;
Good understanding of how all HR functions work in an organization;
- Knows basic HR tools;
- Gained experience building and managing headcount budgets; Experience building and managing direct personnel budgets will be an advantage.
- Has successfully conducted complex negotiations with employees;
- Knowledge of English - upper-intermediate;
- Experienced Excel and PowerPoint user;
- Able to persuade, argue a point of view, and partner with businesses;
- Able to multitask, self-starter, able to take responsibility.
