Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the adaptation process of new employees (introducing the new employee to the company, introducing the existing processes, preparing a plan for the probationary period, coordinating the employee in the first days of work)
• Elaboration of individual development plans for employees (together with their line and functional managers).
• Planning of monthly/yearly evaluations (performance review); collecting and processing of feedback, meeting organization, decision making on development plan adjustments
• Developing and implementing mentoring system, assisting managers in its implementation (forming core teams, selecting a mentor)
• Controlling condition of teams (assistance to managers, monitoring of difficulties in the team, assistance in feedback to employees, help with motivational sessions)
• Preparing analytics on evaluations, rearrangements, turnover in the team
• Working with employee engagement, talent pool, HR project management
• Determining training needs of employees
• Participating in regular meetings with business and customer, identifying areas for synchronization and improvement

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Relevant work experience: HR BP - at least 3 years
• Experience in IT company.
• Experience in staff assessment
• Experience in building a system of training and development, knowledge of current trends
• Experience of competence model formation
• Experience of motivation system development, KPI implementation, performance appraisal system, grading
• Effective experience in building HR processes and their adaptation in the Company
• Excellent communication skills: negotiating skills, ability to find an approach to any employee (regardless of the level in the hierarchy), empathy
• Ability to generate ideas, present and justify
• Analytical, planning and organizational skills
• Result orientation, ability to work effectively in a multitasking regime, independence, responsibility
• Stress tolerance, energy.
