Job Description

Advise the Directors and Head of department on their style of leadership in order to help the organization to release its performance
Advise the Directors and Head of department to create an learning environment where people collaborate around processes and development or products
Advise Directors and Heads of department on the implementation of tactical structure for the change
Solve conflict that arises between colleagues during collaboration
Be sure through coordinating with HR officer that all information of employees( holidays, offer, salary, medical insurance, etc.) for local and expatriate staff are treated at the right time
Advise Directors and Heads of department on personal development of employees
Advise Directors and Heads of department on the leadership program
Advise Directors and Heads of department on the proper training for the employees
Advise Directors and Heads of department on people development
Be responsible of the satisfaction of employees in all business unit
Keep talent motivated within the organization
Advise Directors and Heads of department on creating a learning environment through meeting interdepartmental where people are encouraged to freely speech
Evaluate with Directors and Heads of department how the change process is going, including main activities or key internal processes and product development.
Required qualifications.
10 years of experience in the banking sector, Organisational development, change management. Solid background on Information technology, in a multicultural environment. demonstrated a strong leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related social sciences, a MBA is an advantage.
