Our Client who is a big player on the Romanian market, with turnover exceeds several € million and has almost 500Employees.   

You will join the HR Department consists of 5-6 senior professionals coordinated by HR director and - due to increasing of the business complexity - this new role has been created. 

The HR Business Partner will be responsible for deployment across all business lines, the HR strategy through standardized processes.

Job purpose is to design, coordinate and implement HR programs, to address specific business line needs.  In all this the employer branding and the employee relations part are major objectives!

Key requirements:

• +5 years of experience in a similar position within multinational and/or entrepreneurial company (banking, FMCG, pharma, chemical, agribusiness, production etc)
• Clear ability (ideally some proven results) with resolving complex employee relations issues
• Business vision and strategic thinking.  Ability to understand the big picture and to evaluate decision’s impact in business; act close to the business key players and act as their HR “guru”
• Employer branding is one of your passions where you have feasible plan and some previous results
• Previous experience in fast /complex changing environment
• Proactive and flexible approach
• Ability to set priorities and meet challenging deadlines
• Excellent communications skills
• Fluent in English
• Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
