Who are we looking for?

•  18-22 years of HR leadership experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior role

•  Experience managing HR for large-scale tech/engineering teams

•  Strong grasp of Indian labor laws and global stakeholder management

•  Adept in HRMS platforms like SAP HR, and data-driven decision making

•  Passionate about people, performance, and purpose
