Who are we looking for?
- 15-18 years of HR leadership experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior role
- Preferably from Technology, Software Development, GIC/GCCs, or R&D center environments
- Experience managing HR for large-scale tech/engineering teams
- Strong grasp of Indian labor laws and global stakeholder management
- Adept in HRMS platforms like SAP HR, and data-driven decision making
- Passionate about people, performance, and purpose

Reporting to : Managing Director & Global head of HR
Preferred : Immediate to 30 days NP
