Role Summary
As a Director HR you will play a key role in owning the HR function to provide all HR services to the Offshore center in Chennai, the function will be responsible for HR Business partnering, defining and owning Business Processes, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Retention, Employee Engagement, Organizational Design, Change Management, Workforce Planning.
Responsibilities
- Building best practices for systems, processes, policies
- Strategize, implement projects and models for the talent acquisition function.
- Partner, influence, and engage with senior business leaders to achieve execution of business strategies that will further business and organizational objectives.
- Delivering a consultative and high-quality talent acquisition (TA) service to the business and be involved in creating talent strategies to help us hire top talent.
- Partner closely with Senior Business leaders giving guidance on building talent pools and leading through changing market conditions
- Create systems to attract talent, identify critical talent needs, develop core competencies, and identify ways to improve staff retention and increase productivity
- Drive proactive training and education, partner with business
- Lead, develop and implement organizational development strategies, providing thought leadership, and innovation in interventions
- Employee engagement – create, own and execute interaction processes with employees when they request HR intervention.
- Develop, execute, and evaluate an internal communications strategy, ensuring that business goals, initiatives and organizational /people news are communicated regularly and effectively
- Learning & Development - Act as the primary Leadership and Organizational Development contact for Senior Leaders and Executives in the organization.
You’ll Need To Have
Preferably MBA in HR /MSW or equivalent practical experience in HR space.
- 12 to 15 years of relevant work experience in human resources specifically in Business process, Employee engagement TA & Talent management.
- Candidates from Fintechs/BFSI/SaaS are required.
- Good exposure in team handling dealing with stake holders will be a plus.
- Leadership experience leading any HR functions
- The ability to recognize trends and identify systemic approaches to solving problems, along with strong consulting, business acumen and analytical skills are essential.
- Excellent Communication and leadership skills are preferred.
