Job Summary :
The HR Head is responsible for building a strong HR relationship with stakeholders, building strategies and mechanisms to drive performance management, associate engagement and development, career counselling/coaching, compliance of HR practices and guidelines. The position formulates to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
Job Description:
Own the people plan and drive outcomes through strong ownership around Business partnering, Learning, Engagement and strong partnership with People COEs viz. Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards.Act as the project manager for global HR initiatives related to all HR functions
Work with Business to drive organization changes for improvement in people practices
Support the COO for global HR strategy and implementing global initiatives
Responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive human resource strategyAligned to the business strategy of the organization with a focus on building a engaged, high performing, learning focused workforce at the right cost.
Provide thought leadership on organizational and people - related strategy and execution. Needs to be a culture evangelist, developing and executing on plans to build and support a culture of learning, growth and high performance through values and competencies linked to every stage of the employee life cycle
Conceptualize and lead talent transformation through learning and careers to enable the next phase of business growth build a strong managerial pool and nurture key/critical talentFocus heavily on creating state-of-the-art employment experiences to ensure company is able to attract and retain best in class talent
Measure, Improve and Activate personalized employee experiences. Build a strong Employer Brand in the talent market to help attract best in class talent
Social media and content strategies to showcase what makes employees and leaders at company - Say, Stay & Strive.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to meet the global hiring needs of the business while ensuring a consistently improving talent bar.
Devise appropriate communication strategy for targeted talent outreach
Build processes to objectively assess fitment of potential candidates
Drive the offer management process and help bridge candidate expectations.
Work with the central Total Rewards COE to develop and implement comprehensive compensation, benefits and wellness plans to help build a healthy and happy talent pool at the right cost.
Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business regarding key organizational and talent management issues.Drive org-wide performance reviews. Lead the assessments practice, program manage key assessment interventions such as the Performance Management Process, Multi-Rater Process to create a high performance culture.
Partner with the executive team to drive key OD activities Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR Business Partnering function
Be a coach to function/division heads with a view to building the right culture and drive the right behaviors towards managing and coaching teams
Support Org Design initiatives through experience and initiative
Be a culture evangelist and ensure that decisions, processes, and practices align with the culture map.
Profile Description :
MSW/MBA in HR from a top reputed institute with 12-15 years of experience in HR functions with any reputed multinational IT/ Product /Start up/GIC set up organisation
5 to 7 years of experience in HR generalist role dealing with Talent acquisition, Retaining employees, formulating policies and procedures, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, end to end HR Functions.
Ability to build strategic business partnership, analyse trends and metrics in group to develop solutions, programs, and policies
Proven ability in working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, building morale, and increasing productivity and retention
Able to set up process from scratch with exposure in IT Company / product based start up are preferred.
Demonstrate key capabilities in project planning and management and deliver results.
Is entrepreneurial and excited by the opportunity to create success from scratch
Can quickly identify the key problems in complex situations, and propose feasible solutions.
Ability to think big picture, understand the business functions, their needs and requirements and strategically connect business challenges to HR agenda and outcomes
