Job Overview:

We're seeking an experienced HR Head to lead our human resources function and drive organizational growth. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HR management, SAP S/4HANA, and factory labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures
- Oversee recruitment, talent management, and employee development
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and conflicts
- Implement and maintain SAP S/4HANA HR module
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive business decisions
- Collaborate with management to achieve organizational goals

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in HR management
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA HR module
- Strong knowledge of factory labor laws and regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing HR functions in a manufacturing environment
