Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment of qualified personnel to the office
- Update the system of medium and line-level personnel recruitment: the formation of competency mapping, criteria for evaluating candidates, analysis and use of effective recruitment channels, updating stages of the selection, the formation of analytics for the selection
- Analysing the labor market, salary levels, motivation packages
- Interaction with recruiting agencies
- Building constructive communication with line managers
- Support and organization of a new employee onboarding and adaptation to the working environment
- Participation in the development and implementation of measures to build corporate culture, rallying employees
Requirements:
- Higher education, HR management is preferred
- Experience in FMCG would be beneficial
- Good experience in administrative staff recruitment, supervisory staff at least a minimum of a middle level
- Modern recruitment techniques, including active search
- Excellent interviewing skills, mastery of various methods
- Communicative skills, experience of interaction with management at least a minimum of middle, proactive attitude, orientation on business support, results
- confident PC user, 1C - preferably
