Desired Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is related field is must.
- 12 to15 years of progressive experience in HR management roles.
- Proven experience in strategic HR planning and execution.
- Must have worked with C-level Executives, stake holder management,
- Exposure in handling a complex environment and streamlining the process.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
- With a start-up or a consulting mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
