A fast-growing Indian MedTech organization is looking to hire an experienced Human Resources Manager to support its next phase of growth and organizational scale.
The company operates in interventional cardiology, neurology, and peripheral vascular therapies, with a strong pan-India commercial presence and a growing team of over 250 employees. As the organization transitions into a professionally governed, investor-backed enterprise, strengthening structured HR processes and governance frameworks is a key priority.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on HR leadership role responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions and partnering with leadership to build scalable people practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition across commercial, manufacturing, and corporate functions
• Drive workforce planning and organization structuring
• Design and manage performance management and appraisal frameworks
• Support compensation planning, salary benchmarking, and HR budgeting
• Manage HR operations and the complete employee lifecycle
• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HR MIS
• Ensure statutory compliance with Indian labour laws (EPF, ESI, POSH, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment etc.)
• Develop and implement HR policies, governance frameworks, and best practices
• Drive employee engagement, recognition programs, and employer branding initiatives
• Support audit readiness and investor governance requirements
Candidate Profile
✔ 8–12 years of HR experience with exposure to end-to-end HR management
✔ Experience managing HR for 300–400 employee organizations
✔ Strong exposure to HR operations, performance management, compensation planning, and compliance
✔ Ability to work closely with leadership and operate with high ownership

Qualification: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
