Job Description
Our client is an international pharmaceutical company.
Accountabilities:
- Provides leadership with labor relations, HR and benefits administration
- Controls the processing of employee related payments
- Manages the execution of the employees regular transactions in the systems and ensures the documentary support provided
- Ensures the alignment of HR processes Governance with global compliance and current changes in the Russian labor code
- Manages HR administration / payroll and benefits providers to ensure the optimal solutions
- Support internal and external audits
- Coordinates migration process
- Voice service & e-mail support covering all operational, transactional HR issues.
- HR policy support and interpretation to employees and line managers.
- HR processes & tools support.
Authority:
Takes decisions and ensures HR related documentation compliance with the Russian labor law
Supervises the vendors
Outputs:
- Excellence and quality in HR operations function
- Systems and data management
- Support during audits
- Compliance with the local labor code and the company regulations
Requirements:
- Higher Labor Law Education
- Min 5 years relevant experience with labor legislation in a multinational
- Min 3 years with managing HR and payroll administration
- Experience with HR operational processes optimization and electronic work flow will be a plus
