They are now looking to hire a HR Manager who will be responsible for providing strategic HR leadership role in all the areas apart from TA.

Salary : 30 LPA-35LPA

Responsibilities :

• Facilitating Organizational development, organization effectiveness that improve business performance including organizational assessment, analysis, design, and the design and delivery of OD interventions at the organization, team and individual level.
• The role also is responsible in driving talent management, employee engagement, and fostering a positive work culture within the region, strengthening the performance management, L&D, Employee retention policies, building a culture and setting up the process & thereby creating a COE.
• Your scope will include (but not limited to) below

1. Strategic HR Leadership
2. Program and Change Management
3. Business Strategic Support
4. Talent Management

Desired profile :

• Bachelor's degree/PG in Human Resources from Tier 1 institutes or B-Schools
• Experience of 5 to 7 years in HR roles with Start-ups preferred
• Proven experience in HR Strategic roles, Change Management, organizational Development.
• Ability to Design & Implement Process from scratch.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Strategies & HR policies, processes, and organizational development practices with good leadership skills.
• Candidates with a start-up mindset, who has aspirations and thrive to to work on organizational development fuctions, HR Stratergies, Change Management are preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
