Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Providing executive support for Head of Partner Matters, CIS and all the partners of the firm
- Assist the team in all professional activity with main focus on C&B for partners and data analytics
- Review and analyze current Partners Matters processes and programs
- Assist on improvement of current processes
- Perfect and clarify information flows and procedures
- Follow and implement suggested guidelines for perfection of partners support
- Provide efficient communication and support partners on issues related to their status within company, compensation, performance evaluation, training etc
- Consult Partners on financial issues in cooperation with Financial department
- Extensive use of e-mail to communicate internally and externally while liaising with all partners
- Deal personally with problems / issues when appropriate
- Extensive use of Excel, produce Power Point presentations
- Demonstrate initiative in meeting needs of Partners and solving problems with minimal supervision
Requirements:
- Preferably a mature financially oriented person who is accustomed to handling confidential information with absolute discretion – this is a must
- Higher education degree and related experience – at least 2 years
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite especially Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Strong ability to work with and understand financial information
- Excellent communication skills – ability to interact effectively with all partners
- Good proofreader, ability to write / answer correspondence with professional demeanor
- Mature personality, strong team player
- Proactive, enthusiastic approach with the ability to prioritize and work under own initiatives within a pressurized environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, competent follow-through skills. Ability to multi-task in a demanding role
- Excellent English skills – oral communication, ability to write, fluent Russian.
