Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Building a comprehensive HR management system, formation of HR policy and defining its development directions in accordance with the Company's strategy;
- Development and implementation of an integrated program of organizational development at the enterprise, support of business transformation, change management;
- Building a system of recruitment and adaptation of staff. Implementation of staff planning in quantitative and qualitative indicators: staffing (priority production, IT), reducing turnover, attraction and retention of the best specialists, activation of main personnel attraction channels, etc.;
- Improvement of the remuneration system for all categories of employees;
- Update of the personnel evaluation and training system;
- Development of corporate culture and internal communications system;
- Updating regulations, provisions and job descriptions;
- Budgeting and reporting;
- Management of the HR department.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- 5+ years experience in the role of HR Manager/Director of HR in manufacturing / logistics companies;
- Proven track record of successfully reorganizing HR systems and supporting business transformation;;
- Excellent knowledge of Russian labour legislation and current HR practices (recruitment, onboarding, appraisal, motivation, training and development);
- Willingness to relocate to Sakhalin.
