Duties/Responsibilities:

• Inspects the facility to identify safety, health, and environmental risks.
• Auditing and monthly KPI reporting
• Develops and implements inspection policies and procedures, and a schedule of routine inspections.
• Ensures working practices are safe and comply with legislation;
• Ensures that employer and workers comply with safety legislation and that safety policies and practices are adopted and adhered to/ ensure that staff follow procedures;
• Prepares and schedules training to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics.
• Monitors compliance with safety procedures.
• Drafts inspection reports to document inspection findings.
• Ensures that material safety data sheets are maintained and readily accessible when needed.
• Advises on a range of specialist areas, e.g. fire regulations, hazardous substances, noise, safeguarding machinery and working at height;
• Maintains records of discharge of employee exposure to hazardous waste and/or pollutants, as required.
• Ensures equipment is installed safely;
• Attends occupational safety and health seminars to update job knowledge and enhances their skills;
• Prevents and investigates health and safety incidents and accidents.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in technology and equipment used in environmental inspections.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• A in depth understanding and knowledge of Russian safety legislations.
