Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Creating an HSE strategy at a manufacturing facility in accordance with international standards
- Creating and implementing programs to improve working conditions, reduce risks and promote safety culture
- Leading the H&S, Environmental column within WCM
- Leading and developing the entire EHS unit
- Monitoring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Coordination of incident investigations at the plant
- Documentation work: maintaining and updating EHS policies and regulations
- Implementation of international standards, proposals for process changes, updating regulations based on the results of studies and proposals for improvement of working conditions, etc.). Corrective and preventive actions
- Control and coordination of waste management, work of contractors.
- Working with EHS reporting and budgeting
- Organization of employee training
- Site audits, HSE compliance monitoring
- Investigating industrial accidents; Reporting incidents to the global database (HQ); Implementing measures to prevent industrial accidents
- Pre-employment and periodic medical examinations
- Use of risk-based approach
- Interaction with state authorities
Requirements:
- Higher professional education in occupational health and safety, additional specialized education
- 3 or more years experience in a managerial or EHS position in an international manufacturing company
- Knowledge of international manufacturing standards
- Ability to speak English at least at Intermediate level.
