In this exciting context, the HR Manager will have a dual role:
- Project Manager: hotel takeover, establishing the future vision, building an HR expertise pole and implementing LVMH and Cheval Blanc HR processes and tools for the Maison.
- Operational role:
You will oversee all HR functions and you will manage the community of our Ambassadeurs (10 employees and 170 on seasonal fixed-term contracts) and ensure their satisfaction and optimum experience.
You will be involved in drawing up and implementing the Group's HR policy, working closely with the Head of Human Resources at HQ level.

You will advise and support the teams in regard to all HR aspects.
You will ensure that all activities are carried out ethically and in compliance with Italian legislation.
You have strong empathy with the teams.
You will play a key role in steering the Maison's business.
The level of confidentiality is high, as you will be dealing with the day-to-day operations of employees, as well as short, medium and long-term budgets and projects for the hotel.
A PERSONALITY, A PROFIL, AN EXPERTISE ...
You will report to the General Manager, Head of Human Resources LVMH Hotel Management and the owner.
You will manage by example, inspiring and motivating the Ambassadeurs, encouraging them to make decisions based on the Cheval Blanc values.
Your passion for the job, your autonomy, your attention to details and your empathy will enable you to carry out your assignments with excellence.
The priority of our Maison and all our Ambassadeurs is to provide a high-quality service in line with our standards.
Holding a Master's degree in Hotel Management or HR Management, you have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role, gained in an international group.
You speak Italian and English as well as professional French is a plus.
You have dual expertise in personnel administration/payroll and HR development.
Experience in Italian labor law and the hotel/restaurant/tourism agreement is essential.
A working knowledge of HR informatic system is ideal.
The permanent position is based in Sardinia during the season, in Italy the rest of the year and is available as soon as possible.
