The Human Resource (HR) Manager is responsible for managing and enhancing the company’s manpower resources in order to support the production and operational needs of the organization and ultimately the achievement of its corporate goals. They also serve as a link between management and employees to handle questions, administer contracts, or resolve work-related problems.
The HR Manager will manage and oversee the following areas:
- The enhancement of employees’ competencies, capabilities, and work behavior
- Implementing an efficient administration of employees’ compensation and benefits
- Assist department heads improve employee motivation through employee engagement programs, town hall meetings, and employee welfare programs
- Ensure corporate compliance to Philippine labor rules and regulations
Qualifications :
- A bachelor’s degree in human resource or its equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years in the manufacturing environment with at least 3 years of experience as a Human Resource Manager
- Hands-on experience in developing HR systems and policies, recruitment, and the use of HRIS will be given priority
- Those who are Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) and/or has a master’s degree in Human Resource has an advantage
- Familiarity with Philippine Labor Law is a requirement
