Responsibilities:

• Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, benefits, performance reviews, and offboarding.
• Design and implement HR programs and policies to promote a healthy work environment.
• Partner with senior management to identify talent needs, enhance employee engagement, and maximize retention.
• Develop strategies for performance evaluation, training, and development.
• Manage employment relations and ensure HR compliance.
• Set objectives for the HR team and track progress.
• Prepare and present reports, including monthly manpower numbers and attrition analysis.
• Conduct background checks and implement orientation programs.
• Stay updated on HR trends, regulations, and HRMS tools.
• Familiarity with ISO and ISMS standards for HR processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 10 - 15 years of core HR experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and employment laws.
• Proficiency in HR reporting and MIS.
• Familiarity with HRMS tools.
