Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, benefits, performance reviews, and offboarding.
- Design and implement HR programs and policies to promote a healthy work environment.
- Partner with senior management to identify talent needs, enhance employee engagement, and maximize retention.
- Develop strategies for performance evaluation, training, and development.
- Manage employment relations and ensure HR compliance.
- Set objectives for the HR team and track progress.
- Prepare and present reports, including monthly manpower numbers and attrition analysis.
- Conduct background checks and implement orientation programs.
- Stay updated on HR trends, regulations, and HRMS tools.
- Familiarity with ISO and ISMS standards for HR processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- Minimum 10 - 15 years of core HR experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and employment laws.
- Proficiency in HR reporting and MIS.
- Familiarity with HRMS tools.
