About the Job:
The HR Specialist will create, lead, and implement a human resource framework and processes to increase organizational effectiveness and foster a strong service culture. Additionally, the HR Specialist will be fully involved in hiring the finest talent for the company, with an awareness of existing and projected needs.
: Roles and Responsibilities
- Create and implement successful recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent for diverse jobs in the organization.
- Conduct comprehensive and efficient reference checks, background checks, and interviews to guarantee the selection of eligible candidates.
- Provide thorough onboarding programs and put them into action to guarantee that new hires get the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in their roles.
- Provide managers and staff advice and support on HR rules, processes, and best practices.
- Manage issues pertaining to employee relations, including as performance improvement plans, disciplinary measures, and dispute resolution.
- Manage the performance management process, which includes goal setting, reviews, and improvement plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, time and attendance records, and training records.
Requirements:
- 4- 5 years of relevant human resources management experience in the F&B industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage private information with the highest level of caution and professionalism displayed.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in HR software applications.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
