The role :

The HR Operations Manager manages and oversees various daily HR activities.

Responsible for the effective and efficient management of all Human Resources functions including recruitment, training, performance management, resource allocation, employee relations, benefits and general administration, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements at all times.

S/he works closely with all employees as well as the Managing Directors.

The candidate:

The candidate is an open-minded self-starter who works well in a team as well as autonomously.

S/he has analytical skills and is detail oriented.

The right candidate will have gathered first experiences in the HORECA sector as well as in HR.
