Antal International  – Iasi Office is looking for a Human Resources Specialist for its Client: a software engineering company based in Iasi.

Responsibilities:

-Managing recruitment process (full cycle)

-Carrying out and drawing up integration plans for new colleagues.

-Managing the evaluation processes of colleagues.

-Preparing the timesheet once a month and checking the payroll.

-Managing all documents related to human resources processes: terminations, employment, internal decisions, certificates, etc.

-Managing of monthly and quarterly reports

- English is a must, Italian a plus.

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor degree , preferable with MA in Human resources
• Relevant experience in human resources, preferable > 3 years: knowledge of payroll, experience in recruitment processes, evaluation and personnel management.
• Flexible, positive, open and available person to grow in our company.
