Job duties
Inserting module on intranet’s platform regarding organization mission and value
Supporting the change model in order to create an interactive and collaborative work environment.
Developing HR policies (recruitment, promotion, level, salary) in all level of the organization as organisation best practice guidelines
Define the recruitment including the profile of prospective employees, and consultant
Organising regular employee satisfaction survey toward motivation and workplace quality
Promoting the best worker, working teams, etc.
Holding intranet for internal communication
Designing a world class standard environment toward guidelines from the group.
Developing a succession plan including pipeline of staff with of top performing candidates
Being accountable for key metrics such as turnover staff, employee satisfaction, organisational culture.
Required qualifications.
10 years of experience as Human Resource Manager in the banking sector, solid background on Information technology, Organisational Behaviour, Organisational Development, Change Management. He (she) will be someone that has demonstrated strong leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related social sciences, a MBA is an advantage.
Preferred qualification
Someone he ( she) will be able to implement to adapt structure to the change ( functional to matrix structure)
