Job Description

 

HYDRAULIC LABORATORY TECHNICIAN (M/F/D)

Your tasks: 

 

Participation in development projects

 

Independent creation of measurement setups and implementation of measurements of digital and analog signals

 

Evaluation and documentation of the measurement results

 

Determination of mechanical, hydraulic, and systemic properties of proportional and servo valves as well as optimization of the control parameters

 

Maintenance and expansion of the PC-based measurement technology for the automation of measurement tasks

 

Creation of sequence programs and electrical structures of unit controls

 

 

GERMAN LANGUAGE LEVEL C1

 

ENGLISH LANGUAGE LEVEL b2

 

Your profile:

 

Completed training as a state-certified technician (electronics, mechatronics, or comparable) with knowledge of hydraulic circuit and control technology

 

Practical experience in dealing with measurement technology, in particular for measuring hydraulic and electrical variables

 

Understanding of mechatronic valve systems consisting of actuators, hydraulics, mechanics, sensors, electronics, and analog, and digital control technology

 

Programming knowledge for PC-based data acquisition and machine controls according to IEC61131

 

Programming knowledge in Matlab, C, Codesys is an advantage
