Main tasks:

To lead project for automation of management accounting, IFRS reporting, budgeting in 1C BIT Finance; management accounting and accounting under IFRS standards; methodological support of IFRS standards application.

Responsibilities:

Automation of management accounting, IFRS reporting, budgeting process in 1C BIT Finance:
preparation of technical specifications for developers
implementation control
Development of IFRS chart of accounts and correspondence table of RAS accounts to IFRS accounts
introducing original balances, parallel accounting of RAS transactions to IFRS, postings under IFRS
Accounting for fixed assets, deferred taxes, lease accounting according to IFRS16
Setting up the required group reporting forms
Implementation of management accounts according to the Group standards
Interaction with IT-specialists regarding the required improvements in 1C
Participation in preparation of management accounts and IFRS accounts on a monthly basis
Preparation of quarterly group accounting forms
Preparation of required reports and explanations upon request
Budgeting, forecasting
Participation in the Big4 audit
Participation in projects to update accounting policies.
Required Experience:

Higher education (economics and finance)
In-depth knowledge of IFRS, RAS
More than 5 years of IFRS transformation experience
Required experience in automation of management accounting and IFRS reporting (preferably in 1C).
Advanced level of Excel skills
Highly motivated, analytical mind, initiative, teamwork orientation, ability to work under strict deadlines and multi-tasking;
Intermediate knowledge of English.
