Responsibilities:

• Working on shipments from Supplier's warehouse;
• Requesting, receiving and processing assortment information on seasonal product samples;
• Translation and input into the system of product descriptions, assignment of customs codes, their coordination and confirmation of permits from the customs;
• Preparation of information for printing external labels for product lots and sending to the Supplier's warehouse;
• Interaction with customs broker in preparation of customs clearance;
• Checking availability of authorization documentation: contracts, applications, invoices, shipping documents, requirements from state authorities;
• Informing suppliers about documentation requirements, shipping methods, due dates;
• Comparing current and new rates offered by broker companies;
• Maintaining electronic document management, primary financial documentation;
• Preparing information to send to the system and transfer labeling code data for product lots and samples to the Supplier's warehouse

Requirements:

• Experience with apparel and footwear imports from 2 years is a must;
• Higher education;
• English proficiency, Intermediate level at least;
• Skilled in Excel (VPR, Summary Tables);
• Knowledge of special programs for customs clearance (Alta-GTD, Taxa, Filler, TamDoc);
• Attention to detail, diligence;
• Knowledge of customs legislation.
