Key tasks:

• Diagnostics and analysis of business processes
• Preparation and implementation of projects to improve production efficiency, reliability of equipment;
• Participation in development of overhaul schedules;
• Development of key performance indicators of business processes;
• Implementation of international best practices;
• Development and adaptation of methodology and tools for continuous improvement (lean manufacturing).

Key requirements:

• Higher technical/economic education
• Experience in delivering projects to improve operational efficiency, transformation of business processes, implementation of changes in large industrial enterprises;
• Experience in project management;
• Knowledge of Lean principles, TPM, TRIZ, Six Sigma, Agile;
• Willingness to relocate to Murmansk region.
