Titile: GRC Analyst

Location: Chennai

Responsibilities include:

• Assure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Perform daily activities related to ongoing privacy and compliance processes
• Participate in risk assessments and compliance audits (PCI, NIST, SOC2, and CCPA) and drive gap remediation efforts
• Participate in controls testing activities, and assist with evidence tracking and gap remediation
• Identify privacy and compliance program enhancements and automation opportunities
• Review and recommend changes to governance documents to ensure compliance standards are maintained
• Assist with administering the security and privacy awareness program
• Maintain working knowledge of applicable compliance trends, privacy laws, risk frameworks, and related technologies
• May be required to work in night shift depending on the requirements from the US Team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 1–2 yrs of work experience in compliance, privacy, or related fields
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Have or willing obtain certifications such as CIPP or CDPSE is a plus
• Experience in eCommerce, retail and/or finance is preferred
