Job Title: International Business Manager
Location: Hyderabad
Product Segment: Medical Devices - Interventional Cardiology
Geographic Area Coverage: Middle East
Key Responsibilities:
- Contributor to revenue growth and along with it, create and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities.
- Expand the business in Middle East Markets and bring in newer accounts of Expand business within current business accounts
- Define and negotiate the contracts and finalise the business terms with channel partners
- Develop relations and channeling with KOL, doctors and clinicians in the Middle East markets
- Develop and maintain superior relationships with key decision makers and influencers at customer accounts.
- Exhibit a high level of proficiency and expertise in demonstrating and/or presenting company’s products, processes, and services.
- Forecast annually, quarterly orders, sales and profits for customer accounts, meet or exceed forecasted numbers.
- Contribute to building the business plan and strategy to build and scale the business
- Expanding reach of business across various geographies
- To work extensively on Regulatory permissions (Registrations)
- Participate in various overseas exhibitions
- Find out and propose various opportunities for revenue growth
- Maintain records and MIS to support management
- Business intelligence inputs from markets
Requisite Skills
- Good at Spoken and written- English, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Prior Experience in International Business for Middle East region (More specifically Cardiovascular segment).
- Good Knowledge of Middle East market for interventional cardiology and good connection with KOLs and clinicians in the region.
- Good connect with channel partners in Middle East region.
- Should be good at MS office Tools.
- Must have knowledge on International Regulatory requirements for medical devices.
- Should have knowledge about conducting Clinical study locally in Middle East region.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience handling International business in Cardiovascular/ Medical Device industry.
- Good analytical skills, Market Research and competitive intelligence skills.
- Good communication, Leadership & people managementskills.
- Ready to travel as in when required
