Designation INTERNATIONAL MANAGER (Sales & Service)
Location Nepal
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage and continue develop the overall performance of Medsource Ozone Biomedical Pvt. Ltd with the assigned region with geographical expansion and future product portfolios.
- Maximizing sales within agreed expense budgets, meeting agreed organizational objectives, through effective leadership of Sales, marketing and optimal management of resources.
Functionalities:
- Achieve Sales & Service objectives in line with the regional financial objective
- Management of training and marketing requirements of the country/region distribution team
- Developing assigned region by appointing new partners
- Demonstrates good understanding of Regulatory requirements and also have a good understanding of country, region and local dynamics.
- To ensure marketing resources are used in an optimal manner and the Business Unit should not exceed agreed expenditure budget.
- To devise long term strategies for Medsource Ozone Biomedical Pvt.Ltd., product portfolio and fit of organization with market/customer requirements.
- To oversee the effective implementation of the marketing plan in relation to key marketing programs critical to the success of products
- To ensure plans/strategies accommodate changes taking place in the market as well as customer needs.
- Negotiates regional targets with representatives.
- Provides accurate reports in a timely fashion as requested by the Reporting Manager
- Co-ordinates response to official customer tenders
- Ensures a balanced product mix in the achievement of budgets
- Builds relationships with key customers
- Be a key driver in delivery of country sales, strategic, financial and organizational goals
- Delivery of sales and organization objectives through effective marketing & Sales techniques.
Required Skills:
- Science graduate will be preferred A post graduate Management qualification preferred
- 10+ years, experience in the field of Clinical Diagnostics/ Pharmaceutical/ Surgical Medical Devices.
- Proven track record in Sales and management & Service.
- Good understanding of country, region and local dynamics, including regulatory and market environment.
- Understanding of product launch and product commercialization process.
- Extensive sales representative/Sales & Marketing management, essentially international; experience (to gain clinical trial management)
- Project Management and analytical skills.
Performance Measurement:
- Achievement of Sales and marketing objectives for All Product Groups.
- Achievement of sales targets as per agreed terms
- High level of motivation and direction of sales team
- Effectiveness of working in a team environment
- Conformance to mission statement.
