Experience:                         6-8 years of relevant business experience

Education:                           Postgraduate in Marketing Management/MBA is desired/ undergraduate in Science/Business Management.

About role:

Manage the commercial performance of the cardiology business from the point of views of revenue, units, market share and profitability. Also as product manager you have to introduce the product and take the lead in the successful introduction of new products and solutions on the market, working closely with Global marketing teams, R&D, business development, sales and quality & regulatory.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create marketing strategy to drive business growth and performance.
• Create Marketing Campaigns to generate product demand and maintain tracking mechanisms to monitor performance and maintain MIS.
• Lead and manage the product launch process from start to finish.
• A sustainable and established product launch pipeline.
• Customer segmentation to drive adoption of products.
• Optimize allocated A & P spend by selecting appropriate vendor and agencies for marketing inputs and strategy.
• Conduct cycle meeting and training program for field force on marketing strategy.
• Visit customers to check implementation of campaign & take corrective actions.
