Do you have a passion for the automation of processes and do you like to work on the nerve center of IT systems and applications?
As a specialist job control UC4 (d / m / f) you can actively support us with the conception, construction and operation of our UC4 Automation Engine as well as the support of the specialist teams in the creation of automation tasks.
The introduction, implementation, further development and operation of our central enterprise job scheduling platform UC4
With your technical knowledge, you are a central member of our projects, advise the specialist teams on the targeted use of job chains and, as the person in charge, ensure the high-quality implementation of the requirements
You provide development support and operational support for questions and problems relating to job management in our applications
You will recognize future development trends in the automation environment, check them for suitability in our modern IT infrastructure and design their implementation
Successful completion of a degree in MINT, business informatics or a comparable course or training as an IT specialist
Ideally, experience in the administration of the UC4 Automation
Engine and in the creation and maintenance of automation tasks
Good knowledge of Linux / Unix operating systems and shell programming
Ideally, knowledge of modern cloud technologies
(Docker, OpenShift, Microsoft Azure) and CI / CD tools (GIT, Jenkins)
High motivation and desire to familiarize yourself with new topics and to advance them independently
A lot of pleasure in working in partnership with departments in an agile, modern, communicative and strongly networked IT landscape
A strong urge to automate and constantly improve the stability and performance of the systems you are responsible for
