IT Administrator Databank – IT Cloud Engineer

 

We provide our customers with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis and others in our cloud data center, develop the associated automation processes and use infrastructure-as-code for this or support our colleagues with the development of service brokers Use of the Services.

 

These are the tasks:

 

You supply database systems, such as MongoDB, in virtualized environments and are responsible for security and availability.

 

You design our database infrastructure.

 

In this way, development teams independently and automatically receive tailor-made database environments that meet the requirements for performance and high availability

 

You contribute your knowledge from various database technologies and develop it further in a targeted manner

 

You drive technical issues forward and actively shape necessary changes

 

You work in an agile, largely self-responsible team and receive the necessary support from your manager

 

Requirements for candidates

 

German Language Level min. B2++

 

Completed IT studies or training as an IT specialist: in system administration

 

Professional experience in the provision, automation and administration of database systems

(Ideally MongoDB or alternatively PostgreSQL).

 

Knowledge of automation (Jenkins, Ansible, etc.) and cloud infrastructures (Kubernetes)

 

Ideally experience in software development in agile cloud environments (Spring Framework)

 

High degree of customer orientation combined with strong communication and teamwork skills for working in a self-organized team

 

Learnable Skills
