Responsibilities

 

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Lead Research Manager in Cyber-Security using Machine Learning and/or Artificial Intelligence to join our team.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of cyber-security experts and overseeing the implementation of machine learning and/or artificial intelligence technologies to enhance our cyber-security efforts.

 

They will be responsible for staying up to date on the latest cyber-security threats and trends, as well as developing and implementing strategies to prevent and mitigate cyber attacksperiod, keep tracking on requirements and detecting new opportunities.

 

Lead a team of cyber-security experts and provide guidance and support in their day-to-day activities!

 

Oversee the implementation of machine learning and/or artificial intelligence technologies to enhance our cyber security efforts!

 

Develop and implement strategies to prevent and mitigate cyber-attacks!

 

Stay up to date on the latest cyber-security threats and trends!

 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address cyber-security risks!

 

Communicate cyber-security risks and solutions to executive management and other stakeholders!

 

Develop and maintain cyber-security policies, procedures, and standards!

 

Participate in the development and implementation of cyber security awareness training programs!

 

Conduct cyber security audits and risk assessments!

Qualifications:

 

English Language Level C1

 

Min. Master of Computer Science, Cyber-Security, or ideal PhD a related field min. 10+ years of experience in cyber security, with a focus on machine learning and/or artificial intelligence

 

Proven experience in managing a team of cyber security experts.

 

Strong knowledge of machine learning and/or artificial intelligence algorithms and techniques for cyber security applications

 

Experience in developing and implementing cyber-security strategies, policies, and procedures.

 

Excellent communication and people skills

 

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

 

Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or other relevant certifications in machine learning or artificial intelligence
