Our Client is a global FMCG company headquartered in the UK and they have their GIC global innovation centre based out of Hyderabad in Hi-Tech city. As a IT Manager - Treasury System, responsible for the governance and enforcement of standardized solutions for projects, program and continuous improvement initiatives related to Treasury, Cash Application and FSCM and will be reporting to Sr IT Manager – Global HR, FI and Treasury Systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Responsible to manage the Treasury and FSCM landscape, solutioning, change management, support. - Govern and enforce the standardized solutions for projects, programs and continuous improvement initiatives related to the Treasury and FSCM Systems. - Support the Global Treasury and FSCM Systems in identifying opportunities to streamline, consolidate or simplify the landscape - Advise and support the BRDs during the business case definition stage to ensure standardization is maintained - Work closely with BAU team, Business stakeholders, BRM, BSO. - Support the RFP / RFI in FSCM area focused on Credit Management, Collection & Dispute Management, Cash application, Deduction Management etc. Skills & experiences: - 10 + years of experience in implementing & supporting Treasury and FSCM systems. - Knowledge and experience of business processes and configurations in the area of Treasury, Cash Management, Cash Application, Credit Management, Collection & Dispute Management, Payment Files, Bank Statements etc. - Rich Experience of Treasury and Bank related interfaces; Market Data load, Trading Platform, Regulatory Reporting, Banking (Bank Master Data, Payment Files, Bank statements). - Knowledge and experience to different tools in Treasury and FSCM space; Serrala, HighRadius, SAP, IT2 etc. - Lead teams to deliver long-term / short-term projects on Treasury solutions and ensure all other modules / functional areas in tight with analysing technical and functional integration requirements.
