We are inviting a recruiter for the IT outsourcing direction.

Responsibilities:

• Interacting with candidates and clients at all stages of the recruitment process;
• Development of long-term relationships with clients, attracting new clients;
• Search and hire IT specialists for temporary outsourcing projects, close deals;
• Conducting telephone and in-person interviews.

Requirements:

• Experience in IT recruiting;
• English proficiency - at least intermediate;
• Result oriented, client oriented, positive thinking.
