Responsibilities:

• Plan , allocate and manage all project resources. Guide tesm members to produce high quality work.
• Interact with diverse range of people including Developers,Business Analysts and Clients to understand their needs, validate designs and deliver solutions on time.
• Can manage multiple tasks and ensure clients achieve their goals.
• Facilitate process discussions and run user experience sessions with clients to help them better and adopt solutions.

It would be advantageous if:

• Has 7+ yaers of work experience with exposure to IT projet life cycle.
• Has good experience in managing and implementing software projects end to end.
• Has managed clients relationships and expectations
• Lead teams through a project cycle.
• Ability to lead client discussions and present effectively.
• Has working experience in ERP/CRM
• Worked on salesforce clouds like sales cloud, service cloud, experience cloud, marketing cloud, Non profit cloud, CPQ, etc.
