Your profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment
• A great networker, having out-of-the-box approach to solving recruitment challenges
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both English and Romanian)
• Ability to take initiative and think through problems
• Perseverant and with decision-making skills
• Fast learner, keen for knowledge and curious
• Open to change - given the fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Manage full cycle recruitment processes
• Cooperate closely with hiring managers to identify key requirements for each role, target companies & candidates to reach out to
• Implement sourcing and selection strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool
• In charge with identifying and sourcing top talent across all technical functions and job levels (Software development, QA, Scripting, Design, Software Support, Data Processing)
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, through various channels by utilizing the most suitable recruitment platforms
