We are seeking a consultant for an IT outsourcing line of business.

Responsibilities:

• Searching and selecting IT specialists for temporary projects (outsourcing projects), closing deals;
• Conducting telephone and personal interviews;
• Interaction with candidates and customers at all stages of recruitment;
• Development of long-term relationships with clients.
• Requirements:
• Experience in IT recruiting;
• English proficiency - at least intermediate;
• Result oriented, client oriented, positive thinking.
