We are looking to hire a IT-Specialist with hands-on experience in providing technical support, Serving as the first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance. Performing remote troubleshooting. Experience in supporting end users on a corporate network; specifically support involving Servers, Windows servers, Switches, Subnets, Routers, VLAN's, DNS, Network Shares, Network Storage, File/Print services, Directory Services, etc. is preferred.
· BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science,
· 2-4 years of experience working in a large enterprise organization and dynamic environment.
· Above average knowledge of networking protocols, especially TCP/IP.
· Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
