Role: IT Support Analyst

Experience: 5-6 years

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities & Duties:

· Provide onsite, remote, and phone user support for hardware/software issues

· Setup and configure software remotely

· Setup and configure new desktops remotely

· Setup and configure new remote offices as needed

· Troubleshoot Software/desktop/peripherals issues

· Provide technical support to other support analysts as required

· Create and maintain comprehensive system and site documentation

· Assist in evaluation and testing of software

· Provide application training to users

· Perform other duties as needed or assigned

· Participate in an on-call support rotation for providing after-hours support

Minimum Qualifications:

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a technology environment / help desk.

· Fluent in business English (written and spoken)

· Hands-on software installation, testing, and training experience

· Knowledge and experience in Windows, Mac, Microsoft Office 365, Windows policies

· Knowledge with Networking and AWS

· Knowledge of common desktop hardware

· Experience in unattended deployment

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Able to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion

· Excellent attention to detail
