Candidate Profile/Job Description

JUNIOR MANAGER IN THE FIELD OF QUALITY / SQA ENGINEER

 

Your tasks

 

You are responsible for ensuring quality series production from the design to the release of the first sample.

 

To do this, you initiate measures to prevent errors with the aim of sustained quality improvement (A3, PDCA, Six Sigma).

 

You will also support purchasing in selecting and evaluating suppliers.

 

You create QM inspection plans, QM inspection instructions and QM inspection process plans and carry out risk analyzes such as FMEA.

 

Your area of responsibility also includes process approvals or process audits for customer audits and determining the scope of sampling.

 

You process internal and external complaints using an 8-D report, if necessary in cooperation with external specialists/testing laboratories.

You have a degree in engineering or comparable technical education.

 

Ideally, you can look back on several years of professional experience and expertise in quality assurance.

 

You have in-depth knowledge of the practical implementation of quality and improvement methods.

 

You also have good knowledge of MS Office and ideally of SAP.

 

Your personal strengths include a cosmopolitan, structured, and reliable way of working coupled with assertiveness and authority, negotiating and communication skills, a high degree of independence and persuasiveness as well as flexibility in terms of willingness to travel to visit suppliers.
