Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage relationships with key accounts within the Horeca industry.
- Assist with the development and implemention of sales strategies.
- Conduct regular sales calls and meetings with key account contacts to assess needs, recommend products, and explore new prospects.
- Assist in developing and negotiating business contracts that support organizational goals and client demands.
- Monitor customer performance to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports and presentations.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the B2B or Horeca industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals.
- Strong understanding of the Horeca industry and its specific challenges and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Additional Skills and Attributes:
- 1-2 years of experience in FMCG (Horeca).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrates adaptability and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to manage and negotiate complex business deals.
- Fluent in English and another language is a plus.
- UAE driving licence.
