Our client, a dynamic successful and fast-growing Turkish SME, producer of fragrances and flavors is looking for a Freelancer or an independant Consultant to act as their Key Account Manager- Fragrances in Poland

Position Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a successful and fast-growing fragrance company.

As a Key Account Manager your role is to drive profitable sales and market share growth with different accounts, in Poland, by identifying customer needs and opportunities, building solid customer relationships.

MAIN TASKS :

• Introduce the best fragrance and services to customers’ briefs.

• Set up and manage Seluz business in Poland. Manage execution in the zone/region and develop commercial strategy and set targets

• Identify customer needs aligned with Seluz solutions and implement through account plan

• Negotiate with client the favorable commercial terms (e.g. payment terms, prices and price conditions, orders etc)

• Monitor market development in terms of competitors, products and trends

• Manage projects and work closely with technical team.

• Get clear and complete briefing from clients, translate their needs into Seluz projects and brief creation and development teams.

• Collaborate with marketing team to bring in innovations and new concepts related to customers’ products and on-going projects.

• Prepare sales reports and new business activity for the management

• Responsible for achieving sales budget

• Partner with operation team to ensure customer satisfaction in term of services and supply.

FORMATION / EDUCATION LEVEL: Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent (Business administration, Economics, Marketing)

PREVIOUS PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES: 5+ years of fragrance sales experience.
