Job Description
- Negotiations with the client in order to implement company strategies (assortment, promotional activities, additional opportunities);
- Implementation and maintenance of all business processes and standards of the company;
- Effective planning of Sell-In and Sell-out, implementation of sales plans and profitability under the contract;
- Organization and control of promotional activities (timing and fact of broadcasting promotional activities on the shelf, price tags, DMP, control of pricing of promotional goods);
- Analysis of the competitive environment and sales dynamics;
- Control of DZ, PDZ;
- Motivation of the client to conclude long-term cooperation;
- Prevention of problems and prompt resolution of difficult situations.
Requirements:
- Experience with DIY channel is a must;
- Skills in assortment building and data analysis;
- Strategic vision;
- Complex negotiation skills;
- High adaptability;
- Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment;
- Flexibility, initiative, proactivity, attention to detail;
- Analytical mindset;
- English - at least intermediate.
Conditions:
- Registration in accordance with the Labour Code of the Russian Federation.
- Salary: salary + KPI + VHI.
