Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Sales management in the channel of key networks.
- Negotiating with key customers (networks).
- Manage the work of employees of the department.
- Recruitment, adaptation and training of the department.
- Channel development (increase of assortment, representation and sales volume).
- Planning, forecasting and analysis of cost effectiveness.
- Monitoring the implementation of contractual terms.
Requirements:
- Higher education, additional education in sales, management.
- 3 years experience in a management position (network direction) in a large FMCG-companies.
- Experience in human resource management.
- Experience in direct sales, working with federal network clients, negotiations at the top level of companies.
- Experience in food products is desirable.
- Leadership position in life.
