Responsibilities:

• The main function - legal support of projects: participation in the creation of products on the company's website, analysis of legal risks of the implementation of projects, development of documents (contracts, LNA, etc.) to ensure the implementation of projects;
• Legal expertise of agreements of the company;
• Consulting of the employees on the issues of the company's activity;
• Legal claims and litigation work, protection of the company's interests in courts and authorities (disputes in the field of intellectual rights protection, violation of consumer rights);
• Examination of advertising materials, drawing up the rules of marketing campaigns;
• Monitoring of changes in the current legislation, advising company employees on legal issues related to the activities of the company.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience as a lawyer in telecom or e-com, any tangents with shaping projects online from idea to implementation towards online;
• Experience in retail and (or) e-commerce projects; understanding of business processes; excellent knowledge of civil law, civil procedure, consumer protection law, advertising law, personal data law;
• Experience with advertising contracts, license agreements, knowledge of the basics of marketing and advertising, promotional procedures, knowledge of the positions of the FAS and judicial practice in relation to advertising;
• Knowledge of the rules of business correspondence, competent verbal and written speech.

Conditions:

• Schedule of work 5 / 2 from 10:00 to 19:00 (partially remote work);
