Responsibilities:

• Handle a wide range of contracts, from paperclip procurement to complex licensing and R&D contracts
• Negotiate draft documents with internal customers and counterparties
• Produce a system of local regulations and participate in the development of new policies and procedures from scratch
• Design and develop internal and external document templates
• Cooperate with supervisory authorities and regulators (labour inspection, FTS, FMS, Roskomnadzor etc.)
• Participate in preparation of corporate documents for existing and new companies
• Assist with streamlining internal legal processes
• Coordinate and supervise the work of external lawyers
• Prepare legal opinions on various issues
• Requirements:
• Higher legal education (master's or specialist degree)
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience as an in-house lawyer (preferably in IT, banking or Home Office) or in a consulting assignment
• Civil, administrative and labour law knowledge, with experience in claims and litigation
• Good legal to Russian translation skills
• Proactive and decisive in taking the initiative, creative in problem solving and seeing opportunities to improve internal processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines

Will also be a plus:

• Knowledge of intellectual property law
• Experience in implementing LegalTech solutions
• Knowledge of corporate law, experience in preparing constituent documents, registration and liquidation of legal entities
