Roles and Responsibilities :

· Responsible for developing and delivering high quality technical solutions to CRM team according to their unique needs.

· Building and configuring CRM forms, views, dashboards and workflows

· Working closely with BI project teams or other resources for completion of projects related to the CRM system

· Working with internal support members to resolve technical issues with servers, ETL packages, SQL, SSRS and other related technologies to the internal CRM system

· Coordinate with Business Systems Manager to ensure overall business solution is positioned and implemented in line with global architecture and roadmap

· Support of the application including fixing application issues

· Should be able to design, develop, build and deploy the CRM solutions

· Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting

· Proactively identify the areas of improvement in the existing CRM systems

· Collaborate with teams to integrate systems

· Develop and update technical documentation

Desired Profiles :

· B.Tech/BE in Computer Science, MCA or related field with 7-11 years of hands on experience in developing the CRM applications, dashboards and reports with 4 years of experience is MS Dynamics

· Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365 Customer Engagement.

· Sound experience in Customizations plugins, scripting and form creation.

· Good knowledge on Power Platform. Should have experience on at least one of these (Power Apps, Power Automate – MS Flows, Power Portal) is must.

· Good to have knowledge on Power Virtual Agent.

· Hands-on experience on Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory.

· Good knowledge on at least one of the Dynamics 365 modules – Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Field Service is must.

· Good knowledge on C#, HTML, JavaScript, SQL Server is preferred along with the CRM knowledge.

· Strong understanding of and ability to configure security groups, roles and teams

· Ability to create high quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering skills.

· Familiarity with Data Export Service is preferable.

· Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative

· Good to have the knowledge on Azure Dev ops /Agile Scrum model.

· Good communication and Interpersonal skills.
